Q. Supported OS

Android4.0.3 and above

Q. There is no heart. Why?

Heart is in is an app sending *one* heart each other. If you don't have a heart, please tell your partner to send it.
If you have a heart and you can not see your heart, please try followings.
  • Close your app completely.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Open your app in good network connectivity.
  • Open app after waiting several minutes.
If you try above and you still can not see your heart, please tell us via Inquiry.

Q. I would like to transfer my data since I've changed my phones.

You can transfer your date using transfer code, you need to ask your partner to do this.

You must update your app to our latest version.
1. Please ask your partner to generate transfer code
Tap upper left button. MENU > Partner > Transfer code for your partner. Ask your partner to send the code to your new phone.

2. Put transfer code on your new phone.
If you install "Heart is in", you'll see "Changed Phone" button and tap the button and input your transfer code.

Transfer code will expire in 30 minuites.
If your transfer code expired, please re-generate transfer code.

Q. I would like to change my name.

To change your name, tap upper left button and tap your name on Menu, then dialog box appears with your current name. You can add your name which you want to change.

Q. I would like to change background image.

You can change background image using upper left square button.
If you want to default white background, you can delete background image.
If you want to share same background image with your partner, you have to set same image with your partner.

Q. I would like to change size of background image size.

You can zoom in and out after you selected background image from photo library or camera.

Q. I can't send a heart.

Please retry to send under good network connectivity. If you are in same situation, please tell us about it.

Q. There is no heart while app badge count is 1 or having notification.

  • Close your app completely.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Open your app in good network connectivity.
  • Open app after waiting several minutes.
If you try above and you still can not see your heart, please tell us via Inquiry.
Android
Please check "Settings > Apps > Heart is in > Show notifications." in case your notifications are off.

Q. I would like to break up.

Tap upper left button and go to Menu page. Tap Partner > Break up. Once you break up, heart logs are deleted and you can not undo the breakup.

Q. Does my partner notice when I breakup?

There is no notification for breakup. Your partner will aware the breakup since data will be reset and app goes to invitation flow.

Q. I need a notification sound.

You will hear notification sound when you get a heart
iOS
Plese check Settings > Notification > Heart is in > Sound
Android
Check notification settings of each device.

Q. How do I send heart to multiple partners?

Heart is in is an app for two. You enjoy this app with only one partner.

Q. I would like to post on Twitter

・iOS
Please check Settings>Twitter>「ALLOW THESE APPS TO YOURACCOUNT」>「Heart is in」 is on.

* We have identified a phenomenon in which it is currently not possible to share on Twitter in iOS 11. We apologize for any inconvenience.
* The Android version does not include a Twitter sharing function.

Q. Revoking twitter integration.

If you tap upper left button and tap "Do not post to Twitter", you can revoke Twitter integration.

Q. I've uninstalled this app

Even if you uninstall this app, your heart logs and partner are still available. You can start over when you re-install this app. There is no way to check your partner is uninstalled this app.

Q. No notification is coming to my phone.

Please update your app to the latest version.

For those using the latest version of the app, please check if the notifications option is turned on under settings in your device. Even if it is turned on, turn it off and turn it back on again.If there is still no notification after this, it is possible that the notification cannot be received temporarily, so please check it after some time.
